Service Description. This Site describes Hardwood Flooring Installation, Tile Flooring Installation, Luxury Vinyl Plank Installation, Laminate Flooring Installation, Carpet Installation, Bathroom Floor Installation, Backsplash Installation provided by Father & Son Flooring LLC. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Father & Son Flooring LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
End of Use. Father & Son Flooring LLC may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Father & Son Flooring LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Father & Son Flooring LLC's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
